At San Fernando Wedding Chapel our service includes the marriage license, ceremony, wedding march music and minister.  

If you wish to have additional symbols of your union, such as rings, bible, unity candles, unity rope, unity coins, etc, we will be happy to perform these services.  

You must provide the items and we will incorporate it into the ceremony. 

We Require The Following:

1. Valid ID = California ID, Driver's License, Passport, or Consulate ID with Birth Certificate

2. Proof of Termination of Previous Marriages of both parties if the termination occurred within 2 years of the date of the Ceremony

We Highly Recommend that you bring the following:

1. Birth Certificates of both parties

2. Termination of ALL Previous Marriages of both parties, regardless of Termination Date.  

We request these documents to make sure that your marriage license matches all names given and used by both parties.  

This is especially important for any legal processes done after the marriage, such as immigration processes.  

We request these documents for your benefit, and to avoid the hardship of making changes to your marriage certificate after the ceremony.
